Erin Go Bragh (Éire Go Brách) translates to 'Ireland For Ever in Irish. It was first recorded during the Irish Rebellion that took place in 1798. The song tells the story of the uprising in Ireland, and the courage displayed by the IRA. It was written by Peadar Kearney who also wrote the Irish National Anthem.
